Many maintenance projects start with a worn part, a shutdown risk, and no reliable drawing. BRUVAL can present a route from inspection and measurement to a manufacturable replacement.
Use case
This service is intended for plants that need a replacement without a complete technical package. BRUVAL turns the available evidence into a controlled engineering and manufacturing process.
The customer has a worn component, old machine, or supplier no longer available.
Material, hardness, and heat-treatment route need to be confirmed or replaced with an equivalent specification.
The part must fit an existing assembly, shaft, bearing, rail, flange, or machine interface.
The replacement can be improved with hard-facing, heat treatment, grinding, or inspection evidence.
Route
Photos, rough dimensions, part weight, material clues, machine context, failure history, and available old drawings.
Critical interfaces, worn zones, hardness, geometry, and fit points are measured or confirmed before design work.
CAD, tolerance assumptions, material route, and manufacturing steps are defined around the actual part function.
Machining, welding, heat treatment, hard-facing, grinding, assembly, and coating are selected as required.
Dimensional checks, hardness readings, NDT, and final record pack close the loop for the replacement part.

BRUVAL can define the missing information, rebuild the drawing route, and identify whether manufacturing, repair, or reconditioning is the right next step.
